Correspondence with girls Jenny, Madde, Elin and Emmy from school “Bergska skolan in Finspång” started in February of 2008. Girls have chosen to help children living in the social risk group families participating in SOS Lithuania Family Strengthening projects. All aspects of project were discussed regularly and in time: kind of support, time of visit and etc.

During (16/18 February) the visit girls visited SOS Lithuania facilities: SOS Children’s Village, SOS Kindergarten and office of Family strengthening project (FSP). One family participating in FSP Vilnius was visited. Also, girls participated together with children (participating in FSP and SOS Kindergarten) in Independency Day celebration in SOS Kindergarten.

All brought charity was delivered to children and families’ living in SOS Village and participating in FSP. Our organization the initiative of social project evaluated positively.  We are willing to continue such kind of cooperation started by initiative girls.
